You keep creating new threads around this one issue. That is completely unnecessary. Fill in the form as best as you can. Use additional sheets if you need to in order to ensure clarity. You've magnified this issue on this forum but hundreds of people get a schedule A request and they make it work. This might seem harsh but suck it up and stop creating new threads about what is essentially one issue.

Sorry...
Thanks for the suggestion. Will ask questions if i have any in the existing threads.

How I handled this:

In schedule A:Used abbreviations and general words such as training....

In additional sheet: duplicated the tables with complete info where I wanted to write more and I could not in the schedule A form.

Submitted list of abbreviations and letter of explaination for everything as well.

Complete schedule A, print it, sign it, write your name in your language, scan it, merge additional sheets, abbreviations, LOE as one file and then send..

Sorry but now i got in another trouble situation. I had to reply cic by 12th March that is by Sunday. I hired law firm for all the responses they have read my case and supposed to respond to CIC. But on Friday evening there sent enquiry you grant 7 days extension. But we have not got any acknowledgement back from cic. Now am really worried what should i do? I am trying to connect to law firm but it's Saturday no one works there.
Should i send the responsw my own whatever i could prepare?

So you've had 30 days but the law firm only asked for an extension on the last day? Cic won't grant this so late. Why do you need an extension anyway?

And that is the reason why you should fill in the application on your own. It is not that hard, safe your money for once you are in Canada.

Hi,
Because i got 1 more letter of enquiry so i thought to go through law firm. On Friday i singed use of Representative form. They gave me impression that they will submit by Friday.
But later evening they replied that they have asked for extension.
Now what should i do? As i have one day should i prepare response and upload it.

No i got it on Monday and there is also another request on same day. Which i have you respond by 12th match.

Your rep has other clients and you are not the sole client to be given priority. You have got to prepare for the worst. Despite hiring a representative, you are responsible for your application. If your rep doesnt work on weekends I guess you should fill it up on your own and send it before the deadline. Should something go wrong due to missing a deadline, you rep is not going to take responsibility. It's your application and you have be sure to stay on top of your game. You may be paying the rep to fill a form for you but once they have your money, it's you who has to chase after them. Sorry to be so blunt but this is the reality about hiring reps.
