Hello, i would just like to ask about the form Schedule A on LIST ALL ADDRESSES.. does it have to be in order like the personal history? I reside at TOWN A since grade school and just been to TOWN B for a couple of months and a month on TOWN C for my grandma, but I reall reside in TOWN A. WIll it be like the personal history ? should it be in order?

On the proof of relationship - I will be attaching the cards,does that include the card itself or just the envelopes with stamps? and do i need to include my cards i sent him in canada?

Not just every town, but every address you've lived at in those towns. Start from now and go backwards by date, listing every address and the dates you lived there.

Just include photocopies of the cards and envelopes and keep the originals. You can also include cards you sent to him as well, but whether you need to will depend on the quality and quantity of other evidence you are submitting.
