Scenarios in moving during Express Entry

Hello Members,

I am willing to apply for Canadian Immigration in Express Entry and I want to enquire about some key points.
- How much amount should I carry to Canada in case of migrating?
- Currently I am living in Germany but I am a Pakistani Citizen, if I will apply from Germany and in few months I will move back to Pakistan than how will it work as I would have submitted my case in Germany but during the process I have moved to Pakistan.
- Is it necessary to apply for Provincial Nominee Program if I am applying for Express Entry?
