Final time line for 2001 Cases from Islamabad
Dear All,
I've filled my Immigration case in August 2001, interview sheduled in Feb 2006, Medical done in April2006, after that CHC Islamabad didn't response. I sent mail twice / thrice, they reply, we are waiting for background check report and when'll get we'll process". Finally, they called for 2nd Interview but this was not mention / sheduled on "Online Status Site of CIC". in March 2007 I went for 2nd interview. They review my case and see my passports and return back without any stamp. My medical is going to expire in April 2007. I want to ask that:
1. Will they increase the validity of medical date or ask for re-medical?
2. What is the Maximum time period CHC bound to finalize 2001 cases?
3. How much time they taken to finalize the case?
4. My and my son's passport is going to expire in DEC 2007, What I do? Can I make new one and inform them, becuase, in my current passport they stamped that we appeared in Interview in 2006 and also the passport no. is entered in Medical papers..
Please help if you know about Passport. Thanks
