Respected Sir/Madam,


In response to my application for Study Permit, I received Medical Report Form on Wednesday, 8th June 2011. Consequently, I got my medical tests done on 13th June 2011 by your Designated Medical Practitioner Doctor Abdul Wakil at International Organization for Migration (IOM) Karachi.


I am enclosing the followings;

1) Proof of medical exam i.e. the receipt provided by your Prescribed Medical Practitioner.

2) Passport

3) Proof of submission of semester fee

rest seems ok BUT u mentioned June 8th as when you g0t the medical form right? then you menti0ned you g0t your medical d0ne on June 1st :-/

does not make sense.
