i would like to ask if a permanent resident marry a non permanent resident or a person who is not a canadian citizen or immigrant for the same sex marriage inside canada, can they live together in canada legally?
what is the requirements for the same sex marriage in canada?

ask ko lang po sana kung ano yung mga kailangan pag hindi ka permanent resident at magpapakasal ka sa permanent resident ng same sex marriage? makakatira ka po ba sa canada pag kasal kayo dun at immigrant yung papakasalan mo?

Since same-sex marriage is legal in Canada, it is treated like any other Canadian marriage. Marrying a Canadian does not automatically entitle the non-Canadian to residency in Canada. They will need to go through the same immigration process (ie sponsorship under the family class, or another immigration category) much like a heterosexual marriage if they want to immigrate to Canada.

Can't try to help you unless it is in English bud

i just want to ask what should i need if i'm planning to have same sex marriage in canada, and what visa should i need for it.

If you're visa exempt then you can visit Canada on your passport alone. If you're from a non-visa exempt country then you will need to apply for a tourist visa.
