Hi. I have been working in this Company for past one year. Effective from August 1 the company has changed all the employees title to a different one but the job remained same. I'm called a drafting technician now. Before I was called a draw associate. But my offer letter and one year experience letter reflects the same job duties. I'm just worried both have different titles. So is it gonna matter? Please help. Thank you.
