Hi all, my CELPIP is all +9, 19 years work experience, phd student in Canada, 4 years lived in Canada, living in Canada, entered funding above 20000, have background education assessed by WES. But after three applications on EE I get "you are not eligible". What is wrong with my application? Please help.
My work experience is all teaching assistantship, less than a year.

Are you entering your language reference number and ECA reference number correctly?

- - Before EE, there was a FSW stream for PhD students, but it no longer exists. You have to meet the program criteria for FSW (or CEC or FSTP) as well as EE

- CIC does not accept work experience gained as a student in Canada, so you won't get any credit for Canadian work experience.

- Your foreign work experience must be within the past 10 years (to count towards the FSW program), and you have to have at least one year of full-time work experience in a skilled NOC (Skill Level O, A, or B).

. To qualify under FSW, you have to have a minimum of 67 points -

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW points calculation?

Thank you. I have problem finding Celpip "certificate number". Where on the test result certificate can I find this?
