Hi,

I had to separate my work with my current employer in four different parts in the form. The bolded text shows the changed from one line to the next. The duties (NOC Code) have not changed, they have been the same since the beginning.

1. Digital Visitor Services Coordinator / 35 hours / hourly rate / location 1 // Nov 2024 to Dec 2024
2. Digital Visitor Services Coordinator / 40 hours / yearly wage / location 1 // January 2025 to June 2025
3. Bilingual Administrative Assistant / 40 hours / yearly wage / location 1 // June 2025 to December 2025
4. Bilingual Administrative Assistant / 40 hours / new yearly wage / location 2 // Since January 2026

I am wondering if it would be easier for them to understand if I asked my employer for only one experience letter with these four steps, and the list of duties, since they are common for the whole period.

Something like:

This letter has been provided at Virginie’s request in support of her application for permanent residency in Canada. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

I feel like it would bed be easier to understand the evolution as opposed to have each detail on different letters?

Could you please advise on the best way to do this.

Thank you.
