Have anyone with Salesperson profession (NOC : 6421 Retail salespersons) was successful in receiving PNP from any province?

It appears many PNPs do not want Skill Type C(NOC 6421 is Skill Type C). Only Manitoba have i seen that accepts Skill C but they require that you either have close family there or a friend who will be ready to stand for you as your connection to Manitoba
