My wife is a primary applicant and she hand 2 years of genuine experience as a assistant professor. College is ready to give experience letter and references letter but she never got salary PAY SLIP and also she use to get irregular lumsum salary in her bank account. She requested accounts department to issue salary pay slip but they said they never issue it to anyone instead they will issue salary letter. ALL STAFF in college never got salary pay slips ever.

Now my question will this be a problem ????

Where did you read that payslip is required?

I read in this forum people are submitting it. I don't know it is mandatory or not.
It's not mandatory. Make sure you get the reference letter according to cic guidelines. And if possible get one or two extra documents like appointment letter etc that's it .

I submitted only the reference letter and got PR. Because that's the only document required

Not denying your claim, reference letter is the only requirement mentioned however from many GCMS notes we have observed that salary proof is always appreciated by IRCC officers specially if the company is not much internationally known.

If you don't have salary proof, you can obtain a separate salary certificate from your employer
