I am working in a local company...which paid me in cash for about an year and now pays by a cheque or bank transfer...what proof of work experience shoukd i attach? Will it be acceptable?

Why are you asking the same question again and again. You have 4 different threads for same question where multiple members have told you what to do?
What is your deal? Do you do this for fun?
You think it can be for fun!! When you get multiple contrasting opinions you feel like getting the most genuine advise ....

The problem is not the forum or the answers, the problem is you. You are looking for a definite answer, from people who are like me and yourself and know something based on their own experience and readings. Members here are not immigration lawyers, and even if some might be, IRCC immigration law is very complicated and everything depends on officers and analysts reviewing your case.
#1: No matter what your situation is, someone in the past had the same thing and they moved on with IRCC. Don't take it too hard!
#2: Read ALL the instructions, VERY carefully. Try to do your research on your own. Nobody cares about your case more than you should you do
#3: When submitting your profile, follow ALL the instructions very carefully. The officers are super busy processing many applications, and the more standard, straightforward and organized your case is, the better for you. Otherwise, your application can get easily stuck for months
#4: Provide LOE for anything you find unusual. Don't write paragraphs, just a couple of lines to clarify something you believe is out of order

There is no fixed proof. Submit as much documentation as you can to show that you received salary in cash. Regular cash deposits to bank account, payslips from company, income tax returns, get company to mention that payment was in cash in reference letter, write a LOE on why company gave cash payments instead of regular cheque/bank transfer and anything else you can think of.
