Hi just wanna ask about my salary. I signed in my contract that my salary will be starting $10.25per hour and i have evaluation for the increase of the salary. After a year my salary became $11 per hour. What i want to know is there was new alberta laws that the minimum wage should be 11 or 11.20. My employer give me an increase of 20 cents only to make my salary $11.20, what about my evaluation increase? They should give me $1 because thats was the new law in alberta? Can i filed a complain? Any thoughts?
