Okay thank you.... Does the pay cheque create any problem in future ??... because people need pay stubs for filing PR but i get pay cheques ?

Yes - this can be a problem. If your salary is too low, IRCC will say you're not doing the job of a supervisor. This can result in IRCC downgrading the skill level of your work experience. It makes absolutely no sense for a supervisor to only be paid minimum wage.
