S.S.C ( MATRIC )PASSED, YEARS BACK CAN I GO FOR ANY COURSES OR DIPLOMA IN CANADA

Hi all... Please i yours kind assistance. I am 43 years old BANGLADESHI citizen but residant of italy live in here for the last 5 years. I am S.S.C PASSED From bangladesh in 1992. And later could not study due to economic situation of my family, started working abroad.

I have worked in Qatar and dubai in 5* Club & HILTON HOTEL as WAITER / BARTENDER. Presently in Italy I am working as a assistant COOK in the Italian restaurant. I am good in Customer service and as a sales person. My english is good too, hopefully will do good score in ILTES.
I am very much interested to migrate in canada but my age and education does not match with Express entry programme.
Now my question is ??? Can i do any short or long courses or diploma which will be an future oportunity for me to migrate.
please advice me based on my experience.. any available courses which has a dimand in the canadian job market...
Still i have a deep interest towords study even it's long gaps.
Please please guide me, thank you very much...
