S-1 TRV(student) validity after graduation and in-hand PGWP

Hi people,
Here is my situation-
I have my last exam on April 18 from the University
After which I will have my transcripts
I will go for flagpoling my PGWP which hardly takes a day
I have a flight back to India on May 5th
And I plan to come back after 6 months due to reasons
My S-1 TRV on my passport is valid until April 2025 with 'No. Of Entries - MULTIPLE'
Can I re-enter Canada with the same S-1 (student) TRV or do I have to apply for a new one or get it renewed from India during my stay?
Please advise.
