Ryerson or alberta ?

Hi ,
I am planning for a masters in networking. Ryerson and alberta are offereing this degree.
Ryerson has an excellent course circulum but it's expensive the alberta.
Alberta seems promising on the basis of their rank.
and ryerson has only a year program . will it affect if i want to stay in canada after completing my degree?

please do advise.

I am researching about universities, to find out which one will be best for me as I also want to settle there after completing my degree.
I am CCNA, CCNP certified.
Electrical engineering cgpa 3.32
IELTS 6.5
Almost a year work experience in Networking.
So why should I go with Ryerson?
