RURAL NORTHERN IMMIGRATION PILOT PROG

Question: I know the main purpose is to have new immigrant living in the community; but how long must you live in these places (participating rural communities) before moving to the GTA (Toronto) ?? (If you so choose or realize the rural areas are just not for you)

Most communities have announced their program and this is the exact reason that the programs will target applicants they think will remain for the longterm.
