rules for sibling points?

Hey Everyone,

Can anyone help me understand rules for points for siblings. Like is there a minimum time period for which a sibling should have stayed in canada before I can claim points.

My sister will be moving in Dec 2018. After she lands, how long before I can claim points?

You can claim point immediately. As proof of residence she has to provide utility bills/rental agreement etc and a signed copy of copr.
