Rules Change, what about those whose application returned

Hi,

Rules are changed, certain professions removed, what about those whose applications are returned, if they reapply with rejection letter, which rules will apply to them?

hi i want to know that our application reached NS at 6th may 2010 under NOC 4131 which now been not exist will u tell me that what will happen to our application in ur opinion wether it will be entertain according to old policies or new one

It will de processed with old rules if it is not sent back because of some error. You have to wait for AOR to be sure.

My application reached CIC NS on 07-04-2010 but was returned due to missing info. i haven't received any thing yet. can i fill the missing info in the forms and resend with copy of DD i already sent in April and haven't received back yet. It is not encashed even.
