My questions is

1. 3 weeks ago there was 2 category when I check my status online

Item received
The week ago I checked and they remember be item receive status and they kept in process what dose this mean?

2. It is since 2 month I didn't hear from them is that mean I'm safe from RQ?

i think you mean that your received line disappeared. it means nothing, they are working in your application, test, finger print, or RQ.
are you safe from getting RQ?.... nobody no.

Until you receive oath letter, you are not safe from RQ
