It comes from this one: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca , but you have to attach the payment receipt here: CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

Yes! Fill out the receipt, scan and attach it, then send it to the Cost Recovery email
