RPRF request from local visa office

Dear folks,

I recently received a request to pay my RPRF from my local visa office after 5 months of my AOR. Could this mean the file is close to approval or been approved already?

RPRF really doesn’t indicate anything anymore. Yes there are chances that your file is close to approval but its not guaranteed. Just pay the fee and hope for the best.
