RPRF Online Payment using friends credit card

Dear All,

I have to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) online but i don't have credit card. I have the following query.

1. Can i used my friends Credit card.

2. If Yes, then during registration for online payments I should use my e mail or his?

3. Online facility is only for within Canada application or outside Canada also?
