I am wondering
1. Whether the name of the applicant has to be written in the draft/money order for the amount paid for RPRF.
2. Can we send money order (USPS/Western Union/Any gas station)?
3. For princiapl applicant and I dependent, do i need 2 separate draft/money order or I can send one check for $490+$490= $980
any tips and exp guys , please share
