RPRF Fees En-cashed in Bank Query

Hi Respected Members,
I have already sent the passports? Can any one tell me if my RPRF drafts get en cashed what does it mean that I got through or they must en cashed RPRF fees in all cases and if some one unfortunately did not get through they give refund new dd from their side afterwards?

Encashment of RPRF does not mean much, only indication that Visa Office have received your documents and fee, matter is under process. You may get the receipt of payment of RPRF now or at a later stage with your stamped passports.
In case of rejection of visa this fee is refunded.

I have exactly same case i sent my passport on 22nd june with landing,recently got letter that we have encashed your cheque of landing fees lets c whn we get visa.
