RPRF Fee & Photo Requirement

Hello Everybody,

I recently got medical request for All 4 of us which includes My self + my wife + my two children (3 years old & 8 Months old)

1, Do I have to pay $490 RPRF for my two children who are under 22 Years (as per below website) ?

Can someone please clarify the above.

2, What is the specification of the Photo requested with Medicals ?

2. no specifications, you need to submit passport size photos

1. U need to pay RPRF for persons above 18 only hence yrself and wife only

2. Normal passport size photo graphs. If wearing glasses, do it with glasses
