Hi everyone! I had a request today to pay RPRF fee. The thing is I already paid it along with my application fees but due to a technical error they refused my application but got it reopened and told me that they have refunded my RPRF Fee. Now they are requesting me to pay for a new one. No problem, but the thing is there is nothing in the receipt that would connect my application to the receipt. I tried to log in using my CIC account but it won't recognize it. So I registered the same email that I use on my CIC account and paid online. I am just worried that I did it the wrong way. There were no instructions included in the letter. Just saying that I need to pay. Here is the letter I got.
