RPRF Fee New Delhi... whose name DD to be made????

Hi

I have to send RPRF fees. In whose name i should make Demand Draft...

This is what canada website says
"
The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi."

Can i make one DD for total amount of 39800 for both myself and spouce or i have to get separate DD
please reply urgent

Do the bank in India asked about bank details (about Canadian bank) while preparing money order payable to Receiver General for Canada?

Yesterday my friend went to the bank to make money order and they asked for the Canadian bank details!
