Rprf fee and bio data:No confirmation received from cic

I have received rprf and bio data request last week which I paid immediately. I have not received the confirmation email so far...is this normal?

If you paid on Friday last week, then it's only been 3 days

There is only an auto generated email response when you email them.
They don't send any confirmation on receiving RPRF & Biodata, so don't wait for that.

Seniors, please advice if I have to send the RPRF fee receipt and the Bio Data form again to CIC as I have not received a confirmation or an auto generated email from cost recovery or CIC the first time?

Just to update, I sent my RPRF receipt and biodata emails again and got the automated response this time.

Hi all,

I also received RPRF request yesterday, paid, sent it but did not get automated response.

I sent it to CIO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

That email address was stated in email I received from Centralized Intake Office.

Should I send it again or what?
