RPRF and Newly filled forms required by London Office

Hi,

I received a letter yesterday from Visa Office London regarding sending additional documents to thier visa office.

They require newly filled forms and updated PCs and Rights of Permanent Residency Fees. What does that mean? Have they made the positive decision? or it is just a strong positive signal? or I am getting too optimistic

and what is RPRF?

Please advise.

RPRF = Rights of Permanent Residency Fees

If you dont mind....what is your Nationality and where do you live currently and what are the other details of your application.....asking for the benefit of other LVO applicants.
