RPRF amount CAD 490

I read that RPRF amount is CAD 490, but Bank charged Pak Rs 34000, which is equivalent to CAD 408

Please clarify

How did you pay it? is it using a check, what did it say on the check?

Could be a variation in the exchange rate when you paid.
