Hi Experts.
I have all my experience in development which falls under NOC 2174.
But in my current and previous company reference letters, my role is 'Technical Lead', which is not matching as mentioned on CIC/immigration website?
Would this be an issue? However, my roles and responsibilities are purely in the development area.

As far as I know,

Roles and responsibilities are only maters than the ROLE Name.
The company might have their INTERNAL ROLE Names which might not match the NOC titles which are on the NOC website.

So the Internal Company role name which you have as a designation is nothing to do with NOC selection.
Your NOC is determined by the List of Roles you state in your exp / reference letter.

Hence, As long as your roles are matching to NOC of 2174 (in your case), then no need to worry about the JOB title.
