I need your help in a particular situation. I have received an ITA.
My designation in current work place I had mentioned as "Application Developer - Associate" but there have been some sort of role name change throughout the firm and my new designation is changed to "Software Engineering - Associate" and the same is mentioned in my employer reference letter.
What should I do as the designation is different before ITA and after ITA? This is not a promotion but just role name changes applied to all employees within the firm.
I have not yet submitted my eAPR. Can I change my designation in my profile before submitting to reflect my current designation as per my employer reference letter?
Please suggest.
