ROE, record of employment, how important is that

Hello everyone,

Right now im re-applying CEC since the first time got rejected due to insufficient employer information, this time i have got a new immigration consultant to redo my case, she is asking for a piece of ROE, but my former employer is on vacation ,i dont know how and where to get the ROE, and how important is that ,i have friends applied cec without ROE and got approved. Im just so confused

ROE is just an additional document,,, btw you experience from the past year is already covered in T4's and NOA.. You dont need a ROE to prove your employment...its just nice to have document.

Just the t4, paystubs, Reference Letter as per the checklist... would be more then enough.
