Its me again BCguy and Leon :)

Is ROE and RELEASE PAPER same thing or they're different? what if my previous employer doesnt wanna give any release paper and i have my new employer processing my LMO and new WP can i work with my new employer without a release paper or do i have to have one to work legally to my new employer? what should i do if my previous employer doesnt wanna give any release papers even if he already terminated my employment? please help thanks

You don't need employers permission to get a new work permit with a new employer. The only time as far as I know that you need a ROE is when you apply for Employment Insurance benefits and if your employer at that time refuses to give you a ROE, Service Canada can help you with what you have to do.
