This is My first post on this forum.
I need to clarify some confusion and need some expert advice.
I landed with my family as FSW on 25th May 2014, left Canada on 27th July 2014 (stayed 64 days). Now I am planning to remain outside Canada till approx 30th June 2017 till my son finish his A levels examinations so that he can directly join College in Canada. I will not be in Canada due to some family bindings plus if i plan to settle in 2015 my son will have to join grade 12 directly and I've heard that its very difficult to adjust in grade 12 and getting into a good college/Uni later since one has to get Credits, do some volunteer work & need to get Letter of recommendations for teachers etc. and he would be in lots of pressure and short of time in his crucial year. My children education is the main reason to settle in Canada.
1. Is It OK or risky if i remain outside for that long like till 30 June 2017 (which will be consecutive 1071 days outside Canada, if my calculations are right)
2. Will my initial 64 days will be counted in my 730 days and How many days i can still live outside Canada if i come on 30 June 2017? (short Visits)
3. Am I doing the right thing??? if I am staying outside because of my son? OR will he be able to manage in Grade 12? Can someone advice me regarding the Ontario education system please, what would be best for him if i meet RO in all cases.
4.Can he finish his A levels (1st year) in 2016 ( O Levels 11 years + A levels first Year) and join College? (without going to High school in Canada)
I am very much confused dont want to loose my PR status and need brotherly advice from the seniors if possible.
