I was send my full doc to ND office with 66 point in dec2010 and get 2nd aor on jan2011 last. I have done B.com + PGDCA regular. My ecas status is RBVO and my question is for seniors that can i take one more ielts chance and if i gotten 12 point then is i m able to send ielts result to nd office or chance to grab the one point on the base of regular pgdca or chose withdraw case option. Kindly Advice.

My cat.(0213) is not under 29 cat after 26june 2010. and may be in future there is no chance to apply for canada under this cat. .

By getting 2nd AOR, it means you got the required points to qaulify! Perhaps, it was miscalculation on your part. Wait for VO for futher instructions from VO.....Who said you had 66 points in the first place?...Mandie

If your case still did not reach in process yet, then they are obligated to conceder any additional information you provide, so i strongly recommend you do the IELTS exam one more time and if your results improve send it. But if your case was in process. They will not consider any additional information.

Surely, CIO will not entertain 66 points? Nor would VO overlook the 66 points! Perhaps if he could give more info on how he achieved the supposed 66 points, then it will be clearer. I second retaking IELTS if necessary...Mandie

Its means my chance is less if vo is not consider my PGDCA.

Getting 2nd AOR means they have acknowledge the receipt of your documents. It does not mean that you have fulfill the points eligibility.

Point Assessment will be done at the time of real process.
