Rights of a Canadian spouse

Thanks. Circumstances where Permanent Resident turned Canadian Citizen husband lives separately in Canada from wife and kids. Wife and kids reside in their native country. Can the wife request any benefits to Canadian Embassy for herself or kids without the husband's sponsorship ?

The wife cannot request immigration benefits for having a Canadian citizen spouse. The husband would have to sponsor her.

The children may be able to get immigration benefits depending when they were born vs. when their father became a citizen.
