I'm in my final stage of applying for PR for my wife, but i have some doubts concerning the following issues:

1) Shoud I pay the "Right to Permanent Residence Fee" along with the "Sponsor Fee" and "Applicant Fee"?

2) I live in Canada, and she lives in Brazil. The application should be sent to the office in Mississauga? I thought she was suppose to send to a canadian consulate in brazil.

Thank you!!!!

1. Yes, it is advised to pay the RPR upfront with the other fees to avoid any delays.

2. All sponsorship apps go to Mississauga first. They will forward the app to Brazil after sponsor approval.

Pay the fees online. Send copy of the reciept with your application.

The completed application must be sent to CPC-M.

Once you are approved as a sponsor the file will be transferred to SPVO.

One more thing came up:

I made a mistake by sending my application to my wife in brazil. Everything that we've got is with her. Can she mail it directly to Mississauga?

thanks again

Yes, she can mail the app from Brazil.

there are two addresses, which one should she mail it to?
If she's sending it via a national mail service, then she should send it to the PO box . If she's sending it via courier (like FedEx), it should go to the courier address.
