Right of PR fee paid while submitting appln-CIC has asked again

Hi,

I have paid the RPRF upfront while submitting the application.

But in CIC email, along with Biodata information of Height and EyeColour , I was asked to pay this fee.
How do I inform CIC that it is paid already?

send them the receipt of payment again. I'm sure they didn't use it at the time you submitted your application cuz you were not supposed to send it..
