I was hoping someone could help me with this concern I have. I am a canadian citizen, I am married to an Egyptian. I am currently IN egypt with my husband at the moment and have not paid his right of permanent fee yet because I thought I had to wait for immigration to request it. However to avoid delays I prefer to pay it asap. Problem is I am not in Canada obviously, so is it possible to have my mother pay it for me from canada? Also how do I go about paying it as I have already sent in my full application and his application is currently in process.
