Looking for some advice. (UK applicant via spousal visa)
I have received a RFV letter and now need to send some final documents into VFS - How exactly am i meant to do this? Their website says appointments must be made.
I have tried calling, no answer after being on hold for an hour.
I have tried booking online, but only have the option to book a boimetric appointment.
I have tried livechat, no one responds
I have tried emailing, no response.
Can others please share with me how they submitted their docs to VFS? I received the RFV letter 20 days ago, so am trying to get this sorted in the next 10 days as the letter suggests.
