RFV Check after Medicals

I have completed my medicals and submitted my passport on 2-Apr to NDVO.

I had recently ordered GCMS and its says that its under "RFV Check" under Notes section. H/E information entered, Photographs checked etc.

My medical is complete but security is in progress.

Any idea what this RFV check process and how long it might take.
