ASKED FOR REVIEW ON 01/07/2011
When we ask the CIC to review the Decision made by their IMO, in how many days we can submit the application for review?
What are the chances to get the mistake correctif they have made one ??
In how many time they revert and how the status change if they go positive for that ?

Please Help !

There is no official review option as far as I know. you can launch a case in the Federal court.
if you have received the rejection letter saying something thats absolutely wrong and unaccepted, send a cover letter requesting the VO at which points did the VO make the mistakes awarding you points or judging you.

whats your NOC ? whats did the VO mention , why did he reject you?

category is 0631
i got 10 for age
20 for edu
21 for exp
8 for ielts
5 for spouse edu
64 in total
they have not counted 5 for relative in canada
saying no official documents on file to prove relationship, even if i provided enough.

I sent a review letter yesterday, posted from India including all the documents again and also included pedigree to show real relationship.

What will happen?

Relative is one thing they dig deep into.

you had to send a list of papers of your relative, I think CHC ND needs more to prove the relationship than what other CHC's do. did you follow the section of 'relative' in visa office specific guide ?

the chance is 50-50 now. Vo could have asked you to provide him with the documents those were required to prove the relative's point.

did you send all the docs of your relative as said by the Visa office spec guide for ND?
