The general rule is, the Applicant will complete his or her forms and send them along with the supporting documents to the sponsor (the Canadian Citizen or PR who is the spouse of the Applicant) in Canada and the sponsor then add his or her forms and supporting documents and submit the completed package to Mississauga.

Before sending the package the Sponsor can take the package to any immigration lawyer's office in his or her area and ask it to be reviewed. Of course for this, the lawyer may charge a fee of $100 or more. But it does not have to be a lawyer but any person familiar with the rules.

Of course if the Sponsor is not in Canada, then it is a different case altogether.

If you read enough threads on this site, then you should have a good idea of what to do too.

Good Luck.

There are many immigration consultants that offer an application review service. If your case is not overly complicated, this is the way to go, as it is substantially cheaper than full representation (a couple hundred dollars vs. a few thousand). It's different in every city, so your best bet is to shop around, meet with a few consultants, and decide which is best for you. Many offer free initial consultations where you can meet them and get a sense of their service with no obligation. In our personal experience, we did an internet search online for consultants in our area, met with 3, and decided on one to review our application. During the initial consultation, I explained our case and he gave a few pointers for preparing our application. Then I went home, got everything together as I would submit to CIC and dropped it at his office. He reviewed it, then met with me to go over his comments. It cost about CAD $350 altogether.

Hope this helps!

thanks goodman and Zouk butvin.my case we both not living in our home country thats the big problem so if you guys know any one who deail with online that would be good.

Try searching online. You can contact them via e-mail for quotes and to see if they will review the file in a scanned format.

I do not understand what the big problem is with your location.

Same here, there are immigration consultants all over. Any qualified consultant, regardless of location would be able to review your application

ok i will check online because i never find cansaltant in korea.

Um...If your doing it all online, the person doesn't have to be in the same place/country you are. Take some time to get a few different quotes so that you are comfortable with the one you finally choose.
