I just copy and paste from Those website, They are charging variable money.

Shall I choose the service or not.

which of those services are they charging for? settlement agencies are generally non profits, and don't charge immigrants for services. if this agency is charging you for money for things that are normally free, i would recommend finding another agency that offers FREE Support. that shouldn't be difficut to do in toronto.
