Review of eligibility updated then reverted back to initial status? Pls help.

Application filed with upfront medical - 4 may
biometric given and completed - 7 may
review of eligibility started - 20 may
review of eligibility reverted back to initial status - 6 june
final decision - pending
medical - pending

Why did my review of eligibility get reverted back to the original status? can someone help?

Hi there! I myself had my eligibility roll back way back in March and then restart in May 2021. There are many fellow Pakistani applicants who had it roll back like you and I. So what actually happens is, your file gets transferred to a secondary VO for processing, and it resets to the initial state. As soon as the visa office begins to work on your file, the eligibility review will start again! You're on track, so don't worry and hope for the best! Regards! :)

P. S The above mentioned applicants had their BVL within a few days as soon as their file got transferred to their secondary VO and their eligibility review restarted. Stay positive!

Hey. I just logged into GC key. It says Application/Profile updated. When I click on "check application status" it leads to 'bad gateaway'.
