Intermediate 2012- 79%-non medical with subjects maths physics chemistry and english.
10th class-2010- 76%
2012-2013- was preparing for competitive exams i.e IIT and AIEEE. Didn't make it.
2013-2015-may- worked as a HVAIC techncian- I worked with air conidtioners, made repairs to mechanical and electric faults etc. this field is related to electric as well as mechanical
2015- october gave my IELTS.


Now, I want to apply as a Electrical Engineering Technician for may intake 2016. What are my chances of getting a visa, if there is any issue please let me know so I can take care of it.

You need to get an admit , before u can apply for visa's. Search for colleges that provides courses that you would b interested in. Good Luck

Your profile seems to be good. Student visa is just not based up on your education profile. Just show your intentions of studies and intentions to return upon completion of studies. This could include family ties, properties, etc

You should get it if you papers are in order.
