HI

One more question.

When i sponsored my family i was meeting the Income requirement for 6 people. it was in 2005. Now it is 5 years we are still waiting for the 2nd stage CIC-M have already approved and my family submitted the documents in Feb-2008.

Can they ask again for show my income? How many months of income they want see again.

2006 2007 i had meet the required income. In 2008 i have low income. But in 2009 i have income which is enough for 7 people making 60+ yearly.

My question is if they ask me again can i show them only for 2009 it will be enough?

Thanks

no, they check it themselves at the day they start processing your sponsorship. they usually more interested in your last year income, so it looks like you definitely should be ok.

If they do need updated information they will request it from you and let you know exactly what they want.

They WILL ask for updated proof of meeting Low Income Cut Off when they are assessing final stage approval. They want CURRENT info so you should be ok. File your taxes as soon as possible in 2010.
